Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

    • Once the order's shipping confirmation email has been sent out it is no longer possible to amend/cancel the order.
    • Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please email us using the Contact Form provided quoting your order number.
    • THE CUSTOMER HAS TO NOTIFY ABOUT THE WISH TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE GOODS AND AFTER THEY HAVE ANOTHER 14 DAYS TO DELIVER THE ORDER BACK TO US. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THIS 28 DAYS WINDOW. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO RETURN THEIR ORDER WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME IN IMPECCABLE CONDITION. ALL RETURNED ITEMS UNDERGO STRICT INSPECTION TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN WORN OR WASHED.
    • Items marked down in price (Outlet/'Last Pieces") & Flash or Archive Sale items:
      • Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for online store credit only.
      • If purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • When returning order placed under 'Free Shipping' policy, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount
  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange (not due to an incorrect or damaged item); however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge. Customer assumes responsibility to make sure the return arrives to our studio.
  • Gift cards, jewellery and perfumes are not eligible for return under our refund policy.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on any of our products.
